On-Site Company Laughter & Meditation Classes.
Our Staff and Center offer On-Site Company Classes. If your company would like a group of employees or staff members to have fun, lighten the mood and laugh a lot in one of our Laughter Yoga classes or reach that deep meditative state by disconnecting for an hour in one of our Relaxing Meditation class or group Guided Meditations, we can send one of our instructors to your business location, party or event. Length, day and times are flexible. Group sizes may vary with Meditation, but we strongly suggest that a Laughter Yoga class or group be a minimum of 10 participants, although special accommodations could be made.
