If it be Coaching services around positive Communication guidance sessions, having fun, lighten the mood in one of our Laughter Yoga classes or deep meditations disconnecting for an hour. We offer one-on-one Guidance & Coaching, group Meditations. One of our instructors will come to your business location, party or event. Length, day and times are flexible. Group sizes may vary with Meditation, but we strongly suggest that a Laughter Yoga class or group be a minimum of 10 participants, although special accommodations could be made.
