PERSONAL GROWTH SERVICES

  • Meditation Classes - Quieting the mind & Introduction to Meditation & its importance. Adult, teens & children. Our classes integrates mindfulness for stress management and self­-control; contemplative movements, postures and breathing for physical awareness and agility; communicating for healthy thinking; and social and emotional skills for effective interpersonal relationships.” Guided and Relaxing Meditation -Disconnect & Press the Pause-Button- Training your mind & body to breathe through things is the first step to harmony in your body. Retraining ourselves is much easier when we have someone holding our hand. It's so important to take a break, breathe relax and process things while being grounded. Positive Self-Talk & Self-Esteem - Intra & Inter personal Communication- is the second stepping stone to peaceful minds and bodies. After learning to breathe into life and the uncertainty is mind- relaxation practices, then we have to work on the "mother-board wiring and reprogramming that inner-dialog and conversations that's playing in the background, that is so impactful in life, personality, self-esteeme, goal setting and success. The record player in our minds are so very important at all ages!
  • Laughter & Joy Classes- Prolonged voluntary laughter triggers and releases your body's endorphins (natural painkillers) into the bloodstream. Fun for all ages.
  • Jewelry Making Parties, Classes & Camps- Fun exciting way of disconnecting from the outside world and going into yourselfand that creative energy. Such a gift of healing the inner soul and bringing to life a creation of your very own masterpiece. Great addition to any event ! Birthday party, Bat & Bar Mitzvahs, Bridal Shower or company event!
  • Finding Balance in Life- Sometimes life can be a bit of a challenge. A little clarity could be helpful when approaching those croas roads. We offer One-On-One Coaching Sessions and support in life, love and all relationship dynamics life brings us! We also compliment this with various classes and supportive services.​
